Job Profile : Dispatch & Logistics
** Order Received from Sales & Marketing department and verify & Checked Quantity, Rate, Taxation and terms and condition of delivery.
** Planning & arrange the transportation, negotiation & finalized of transportation with transporter & Calculating Total Supply Chain and Logistical Costs.
** Issuing the Work order/ Contract for Transportation material from Company to Site.
** Prepared & Check Sales Invoice, Delivery Challan & also prepare & check the logistics doc.
** Planning in detail the movement of goods from one point to another point.
** Ensuring the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
** Dispatch Details given to Customers for way bill issuing and follow-up for them.
** Production and Clearance Entry in stock register after dispatch
** Directly contact to customer for payment, require documents & details for dispatch, Road Permit, transportation confirmation, Delivery Order.
** Follow-up with customer for Advance Payment, P.O., Dispatch Related Doc.
** Prepare Bank Doc. for Payment, L.C. disbursement Doc., Bill of Exchange for Payment
