Duties & Responsibilities:
** Chilled water System, Firefighting, Plumbing & (HVAC) Ducting
** Installation of Chillers.
** Installation and commissioning of Chilled water pumps ,Firefighting pumps and Plumbing Equipments
** Installation of PRV stations and setting of PRV for chilled water system, fire protection system and Plumbing
** Installation of Zone control assembly and FHC.
** Installation and commissioning AHU, FCU, CCU, CSU, Exhaust units etc…
** HVAC equipments (vav, Vcd, fire damper, smoke damper… etc...
** Installation and balancing of all types of balancing valves and control valves for cooling system and the fire protection system.
** Taking quantities for checking the BOQ and ordering materials.
** Executing the works as per the approved shop drawing.
** Reporting to the person in charge for the Variation works and abortive works if any.
** Reporting to the person in charge regarding the design issues if any.
** Maintaining and submitting the proper track records of the daily works.
** Scheduling the works as per the site requirements and the master program.
** Allocating the manpower as per priority and the requirement.
** Completing the work as per target dates with good quality.
** Maintaining the site with minimum wastage of materials.
** Making as builds for the inspections and attending the inspections properly.
** Rectifying and de-snagging the consultant comments.
** Testing and Commissioning the system after the completion, for handing over.
** Controlling and maintaining the team of workers for the completion of the works.
** Coordinating with other services.
** Conducting safety meetings and tool box talk.
** Maintaining the work area clean by removing the scraps periodically.
** Raising the permits for works, hot work and log out & tag out.
