JOB PROFILE:
Issuing medicines to the out patients by calculating the dosage prescribed by the doctor.
Issuing medicines to the inpatients as per request from the sisters
Generating computer bills for the Drugs issued to the patient and also collecting cash for the same.
Preparing special preparations for pediatric patient as per dosage mentioned by the doctor.
Updating the bills in the computer, which had made manually?
Making G.R.N’s after receiving the stock from the distributors.
After making G.R.N’ invoices to process and send to finance department..
Handling OP & IP.
Maintaining the Pharmacy Store.
Placing the order to the distributors what and all to be needed medicines, fluids and physiotherapy items.
Handling ward issues and transfers to the respective wards.
Handling Nor Cotice drugs and transfer to the respective wards by the indent requisition by the ward incharge nurse.
Removing the expiry drugs every month and sent to the distributors after making debut note.
