HR & Admin and responsible for the entire gamut of HR & General Admin Functions.
Job Description :
Resource Planning & Recruitment :
** Recruitment planning for providing resource (Officers, Operators / Technicians, Graduates
** Inviting applications from agencies, for the vacant positions.
** Organizing interviews and facilitating the selection process.
** To conduct domestic enquiries for workmen / employees in compliance with the legal procedures.
Training & Development & ISO :
** Preparation of the Yearly & Monthly Training Calendar based on the Training Need identifications.
** To draw-up training plan for all Associates along with the departmental managers, ensure its implementation and assess the effectiveness of the training inputs.
** Skill and competency mapping, Training plan and impart of training
** Maintaining the Training Related all types of records, forms, updated calendar, stationery, etc.
** Updation of training details in prescribed recordslike Training History Card, Evaluation Sheet, Attendance sheet, Feedback Form, etc
** Organizing Training as per the Calendar and organization requirement.
** Calculation and minting the reports related to training activity like Training Man days, Training Hours, Balance program, graphs, ets.
** Preparation of the records related to Training Need Identifications based on Appraisal Systems, feedback, discussion with HODs and observation.
** Preparation of the Training budget based on Training calendar.
** Handling all ISO related activity & all third party, statutory, ethical ,global audit independently.
** Payment related to External Training faculty, hotels, Training Halls, etc.
** All documentation ISO 9001 :2008 & ISO 14001:2004.
** Safety Audit and its implementation
Attendance & Payroll :
** Supporter in Payroll (PY) & Time Management (TM) module
** MIS preparation and report maintenance
** Monthly attendance &Payroll data loading in system
** To ensure Attendance, leave and wage/salary administration.
** To ensure error free calculation & smooth disbursement of wages.
** To ensure proper implementation and sustenance of incentive system.
Admin / Time office :
** Attendance Recording of Machined Component Division
** Out Door tour, training, leave records updation in time office systems.
** Leave records maintaining.
** Smooth functioning of Canteen, Transport, etc.
** Attending Guests visiting to Company
** Vehicle arrangements as per company need & requirement.
** Hotel, guest house bookings as per company, directors, guests requirements.
** Arrangement of company functions like Dassara celebrations , monthly birthday celebration , Gate Together, Communication forum, etc.
** Travel bookings and arrangement.
** Maintaining Travel related documents for domestic and International travels.
** Uniforms and safety shoes related all the activity
** Transport and travel arrangements
Other Activities :
** Carrying out Induction of New Joinee’s
** Exit Interviews for operational band.
** Organizational climate and Employee Engagement Survey
** HR & Admin Initiatives.
** Responsible for Employee services such as Salary account opening, Pan Cards account opening, transfer letters, settlement of transfer and relocation expenses claims, etc.
** Helping employees about the various HR policies related to employee benefit services.
** To support the Factory Manager in managing the external environment / CSR initiatives.
