Credit Appraisal :
** Co-ordinate with customer for proper obtention of the proposal along with all relevant documents.
** Analyzing financials of the corporate.
** Understanding the Business model and industry.
** Compile Opinion reports.
** Conduct pre-sanction inspection.
** Do credit and risk assessment.
** Credit rating.
** Preparing appraisal notes with recommendation and submitting it to sanctioning authority within a time-bound schedule.

Maintenance of Relationship with customer. :
** Point of contact for the customers.
** Timely resolution of all banking-related business and operational matters of the customers.

Post- sanction operational role. :
** Handling request for excess drawings/Adhoc limits received from customers and put them up for sanction.
** Scrutinizing the Inspection reports, Monitoring reports etc.
** Review irregularity reports.
** Attending audit remarks

Maintenance of Asset Quality(NPA Management) :
** Monitoring signals indicating weakness/problems and initiating corrective measures.
** Ensuring that the quality of assets remain within the acceptable parameters of Policy Guidelines set up by the Bank every year.

Business acquisition and development role.
