Company Profile : - SUZLON ENERGY LIMITED, isthe world’s fourth largest wind turbine manufacturer & largest in India & Asia. Suzlon provides End to End Solution to the Customers in Wind Power sector. Suzlon’s Products i.e. Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) are 350 KW, 600KW, 1000KW, 1.25 MW, 1.5 MW and 2.1MW.

Job Profile :-
Analyzing and troubleshooting of various power electronics WTG components used in power panel and control panel.
Accomplished modification Electronic component used in Power Panel.
Commissioning, Programming, Testing and Repairing of AC (VFD) Drive.
Handful of Experience in Can communication Between PLC and AC Drive.
Knowledge on Bachmann’s PLC Module i.e. NT250, MPC 240, CM202 used for CAN Communication with Pitch master LTE Drives (AC).
Having Handful Experience on Repairing and Testing of Various Power Electronics Components i.e. AC –DC Converter, Battery Charger, Power Supply.
Management of damage inventory by in house and outsourced repairing.
Working with Operation & Maintenance team :

Working on IXYS Soft-stators of each thyristor rating 1000A, 700V to get better WTG synchronization.
Able to read circuit diagram and technical document related to electrical machinery.
