PROFILE:
Am an Electronics and Communications Engineer from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT), Nagpur – India, Pin 440010.
Earned my B.Tech degree in June 2011. Provisional certificate will be provided in six weeks. Final degree certificate will be issued in September 2011.
During the last four years, I have gained reasonable understanding of modern day Tele-control & Communications equipment along with their associated support equipment like large UPS’s, battery backed DC chargers, their batteries (lead acid as well as Nickel Cadmium) and two types of communication networks namely fiber and pilot cable, used for utility purposes during my Industrial end semester training in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Have also had induction training at m/s GECOM - Bahrain and a technical training tour at m/s ALBA (Bahrain Aluminum) in the summer of 2010.
ACADEMIC EDUCATION:
1991- 2004: The Asian School – Bahrain. Passed my CBSE 10th examination in 2004 (First Class Distinction).
2004 – 2006: The Indian School – Bahrain. Passed my CBSE 12th examination in 2006 (First Class Distinction).
2006-2011: Electronics & Communication Engineering (E & C) from, The Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (*VNIT), Nagpur, Pin 440010 - India.
Was recipient of the Indian Government SPDC Scholarship (SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME FOR DIASPORA CHILDREN [SPDC] FOR HIGHER TECHNICAL STUDIES IN INDIA) during my entire engineering studies at VNIT- Nagpur.
*VNIT is among select colleges of India to enjoy the status of Institute of National Importance (INI).
Last Four Years Industrial Training & Experience :
1) Was trained at m/s GECOM - Bahrain, a telecommunications company dealing with various types of solutions for Office Networking, Security, Access Control, Intelligent Lighting and Audio Visual applications (2009 – 2 months).
2) Underwent a technical training tour at m/s ALBA (Bahrain Aluminum) this summer 2010, ALBA being the largest modern aluminum smelter in the gulf region has put in place much attention to environmental aspect in all its operations to comply with the international environmental standards. ALBA has its own

3) Have been introduced to various real time equipments related to a typical control center during my Industrial training end semester sessions (2007 – 2 months and in 2010 - 2 months) at the System Control Centers of both Electricity and Water Authority in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The hands on training included a brief involvement in the maintenance of,
** DC chargers and their respective batteries.
** Large 100 x 2 KVA UPS’s and their batteries.
** Multiplexer equipment (STM-1 level) used for communication between various voltage levels (400Kv, 220Kv and 66Kv) Substations and the central control center.
