JOB DESCRIPTION :
l We take the drawings from the architect & first we prepare the Heat loads for the Each Floor / area.
l Based on the CFM& As per consultant/Client Requirement we select Grills/Diffusers then distributing the cfm.
l Design the duct routing and preparing the section drawings.
l Preparing the Chiller Plant room with sectional details.
l As per site conditions we have to prepare the Chillers and pumps location.
l We have to prepare the Chilled water pipes routing with pipe sizes and valves Location.
l Chilled water pipe lines shaft details.
l Prepare the Schematic layout.
l Design the Toilet exhaust & kitchen exhaust ducting.
l Preparation of bill of quantities.
l Prepare the Design basis report.
