JOB PROFILE : Electrical Maintenance Engineer
** Safe and smooth operation and maintenance of various electrical equipment viz. HT & LT switchgear panels.
** Power and Distribution Transformers, HT and LT motors, Circuit breaker VCB, ACB, Battery charging unit ,Battery banks ,UPS , Plant Lighting, HVAC, AHU Units relays etc. as per SOP.
** Planning & Scheduling of Predictive & Preventive Maintenance jobs with proper Work Permit system.
** Troubleshooting of electrical system and find out root cause.

** Deputing technicians for operation & maintenance complaints and co-ordinate with higher officials.
** Total operation of control room of 6.6 KV i.e.
starting of units, stopping of units. Control the various parameters for suitable operation of units, taking a shutdown for any job.
** Having experienced with 40MVA, 33/66KV switchyard, (15X2, 12.5X2) MVA, 66/6.6kv Switchyard & Distribution Transformers (16 x 2.5 MVA)
** Experienced CGL make 66KV SF6 circuit breaker, CGL make 6.6KV VCB, and L&T make ACB.
** Utility Equipment like 1522KW 6.6KV HT Air compressor, 619KW 6.6KV HT Chilled compressor, 6.6 KV APFC panel, Up to 250KW LT motors, cooling water pump, chilled water pump, Central HVAC System.
** Testing and Maintenance of transformer, HT motors, LT motors, MCC panel, PCC panel, Capacitor bank.
** Maintenance of HT panels (Servicing of 6.6 KV vacuum circuit breakers and observing the log sheets)

** Transformer conversion project carried out.
** Have completed transformer Overhauling project.
** Retrofitting of 6.6kv HT panel old electromagnetic relay with new REF/REM 615 series ABB make numerical relay.
** Retrofitting Of PCC old Siemens make ACB with L&T make SR 21G release ACB. And bus bar retrofit aluminum bus bar with copper bus bar.
STRENGTH AND ACHIVEMENT :
** Leadership skills : Lead a team of 17 Technician for all routine Maintenance activities and during shutdown.
** Take initiatives : Member of Electrical safety committee, reporting plant safety related observation like near misses, introduced a new job planning during load shedding or shutdown.
