Project : Abu-Dhabi Polymer Company, Ruwais, Abu-Dhabi, Borouge EU3 Project, Jul 2010- Feb 2011
Scope :Construction of Plant at Borouge facility, to produce Ethylene using 5100T/D (as 100%) of ethane feedstock, operating with a 95% nominal service factor and producing 1,44 MMT/YR of ethylene, propylene and hydrogen.
The plant consisted of the following: Furnaces area comprising of seven cracking furnaces, cracked gas compression unit, refrigeration unit, and separation unit. Cost: US$357 Million
Responsibilities :In charge of all the activities related to the fabrication shop “piping & pipe supports”, painting activities “structure, piping and pipe supports”. Coordinating between all the activities starting from engineering works, material collection, fabrication, PWHT, X-ray, painting etc, to ensure compliance to standard procedures and specifications.
