BHEL : Boiler support structure like plus column,box column and general fabrication structure. Worked in CNC Cutting and Automatic SAW welding Machines.
SANDVIK ASIA LTD : Ship Unloader (hopper, boom), Undercarriage, Slew deck.
ROURKELA STEEL PLANT : Crane Girder.
Current project :
Fabrication of Twin flue and Triple flue steel structure of chimney(275mtrs) at Elena Power and Infra structural ltd.(5X270MW) at Amravati, Maharashtra.
Interested Field :
** Design, fabrication and production of Heavy structures, Boiler components, fabrication shop works Key Role Area
** Monitoring the fabrication works of 10000 metric tonnage of steel with an average production of 160 metric ton per month.
** Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize overall equipment efficiency of production machines.
** Give proper advice in layout marking and template making in order to achieve the proper dimensions.
** Inspection of quality GMAW ,SAW and SMAW welding visually and conducting the radiography test at appropriate joints ensuring that the joint is free from flaws.
** Fabrication of girders and built up sections for internal platforms in chimney at massive heights.
** Device proper catch up plan to make up for the required production rate.
Achievements :
** Designed a Terra Ranger (manual robot) for Tec fest 08’at IIT Kharagpur.and secured 1st position for the Best Mechanical Design.
