** Conducting Litigation - Conducting litigation filed by or against the company, challenging arbitrary government action, levies / imposts, and to defend litigation initiated against the company including Consumer Forum, IPR, Arbitration and criminal proceedings.
** Strategic Advise & Opinion - Conceive, formulate and implement strategic solutions to legal issues. Advise and opine on the basis of true and correct interpretation of statutory provisions and judicial precedents. Protect company’s interest in the event of probable litigation; ensure statutory compliance under various laws.
