Job Profile :-
To the legal advise to the Region.
To check about the implementation of all kinds of statutory compliance by the Branches.
To conduct quarterly Branch-wise Legal Audit in the Region to check the appropriateness & and timely-ness of the documentations in respect of the contracts and submit a Report to the Legal Dept., Head Office, through Regional Head.
To attend all the cases in the court as when required.
To co-ordinate with the local Advocates for instructions in legal cases.
To attend Police stations as per instructions from Regional Head and / or as & when required and to resolve the matter.
To arrange to send legal notices to the defaulters in NPA, Bad Debt & Disposal Loss Contracts.
To recover money from NPA, Bad Debt & Disposal Loss contract.
To arrange to collect & se
rve the summons issued by the courts against the customers/Accused against whom the Company has filed cases.
To scrutinize contract files of NPA & Bad Debt cases and forward the same for proposed legal action.
To initiate various legal actions/cases against the customer in NPA/Bad Debt contracts after a due approval from the legal Dept., Head Office.
To develop good relations with local S.P/Dy.S.P& DistCollector.
To co-ordinate between the Branch under the Region and Legal Dept., Head Office for any work related to Legal Dept.
To submit Complete MIS / Status Report of legal cases pending & filed in the Region on a daily basis to the Legal Dept, Head Office.
To 138 NI Act Notices issued to customer as well as filed complaint case against the customer in case when the cheque bounces.
To filed Cr.Pc, 156(3), complaints cases.FIR against Hirer, Recovery Cases.
To prepared complaint against customer u/s sec 8 & 9 ectArbitration & Conciliation Act 1996.
To Execution Filing In DJ Court for Recovery.
To Handle Forum Cases & other miscellaneous cases in D J court and as well as High Court.
To handle all DRT matter & RTO Tax matter.
