1) Material identification & Inward material inspection with respect to document.
2) Inspection of marking , cutting , edge preparation as per drawing & Welding detail.
3) Doing inspection of all fabrication fit-up as per drawing .
4) Follow up the WPS & PQR for welding processes.
5) Inspection of leak test like : Hydro test, pneumatic test.
6) Stage wise inspection of job during assembly & clearance.
NON DESTRUCTIVE TESTING :
** Ultrasonic test of Plates & weld butt joint doing my own self & prepare a report for it.
** Witness for Magnetic particle test of fillet weld of gusset & stub of boiler , & Make a report for it.
** Witness of dye penetrant test & make a report for it.
** Offer the job for radiography test as per approved written procedure and interpretation of radiography film as per codes and requriment , prepare a report for it.
** Check the hardness of material & welding by use of digital hardness testor.
** Check the dry film thickness of paint by use of digital DFT Coating gauge.
** Check the thickness of critical & radius part by use of ultrasonic thickness gauge.
DESTRUCTIVE TESTING :
** Bend Test : To prepare a specimen for bend test and witness of bend test
(Like : Root bend , Face bend , side bend ) of welding.
** Impect Test : ( Charpy test & Izod test ) To prepare a specimen for it and witness of impect test.
** Tensile Test : Tensile test of all weld ( All weld test ) .
Prepare a specimen for it And witness the test and make a report of % of reduction area and % of Elongations.
