Submission & Obtaining of rebate claims, P.O.E.
Preparation & Submission of monthly returns i.e., E.R.1, E.R.6 and E.R.4, E.R.5 & E.R.7 annual returns & half yearly ST.3 return for Service Tax. (E-filing)
Assisting consultants for drafting appeals & reply to SCN and queries of Range & Division Office.
Attending for Personal Hearing before Adjudicating Authority along with consultant.
Preparation & Liasoning for EA2000 Audits.
Compliance with post audit reports.
Checking Invoices of the Service providers and maintain the records for the Availment of Service Tax Cenvat credit.
Coordating with Accounts Dept. for the preparation of Reports i.e., Sales & Excise Duty reconciliation.
Responsible for updating about the latest updates in Excise & Service Tax. (thru ELT, Excus Software)
On time Dispatches of Finished Goods.
Despatch of Finished Goods under Various Exemption Notifications like, 108/95, 6/2001, 67/95, 10/97 etc.
Preparation and payment of differential duty / interest, as per CAS4 valuation method.
Monthly Stock verifications.
