Interference detection & rectification, Hand over, Sector Swapping & frequency scanning
Prepare Pre and Post Drive test reports, Problem cause and recommendation solutions
Well knowledge in MapInfo 8.5 and Global Mapper 8.0
Attending Customer complaints on Network Issues & resolving the issue
