CURRENT JOB PROFILE :
The major responsibility of work is to design the gears using KISS-SYS.
Generating 3D Model from 2D drawings.
Modification in existing 3D structure/model as per the CAE report.
Bearing Life Calculation using KISS Soft.
Interaction with client on modification and existing Design doubts.
Major Project Undertaken :
1) Project 1 :Design Gears.
Organisation : Equalize Solutions
Software used : Kiss-sys.
The project involved design of helical gears for industrial gear box as per standerds given by client.The gole was to disply the power flow and the resulting loads on the element (shaft,bearing,gears) of the system is calculated and the load data is available for analysis of single element.
The bearing calculation was done using static and dynamic load capacity numbers.Resulting radial and axial bearing forces as well as rotational speed where automatically calculated in the shaft calculation and forwarded tas input to bearing life calculation.
2) Modeling of a Turbine Genrator base frame
Organization : Equalize Solution
Software : Catia V5
The project involves in design the base frame as per the 2D drawing given by the costumer.turbo-genrator foundation installs the turbine,genrator and other acccessories used for mounting the towers.After creating the 3D model,it goes for analysis to check whether it withstand for high pressure.
3) 3D modeling of Gear box Housing
Organization : Equalize Solution
Software : Pro-e
The project involved in design the different types gear boxes as per the 2D drawing given by the costumer.
There are different types of gear box includes Speed increasing gear box, Reversing reel gear box, Reducing gear box.
4) Process Drawings
Organization : Equalize Solution
Software : Auto cad
The Project involved in design the process drawings of shaft and wheel. The process drawing was depend on different machining operations with specific tolerances required for that operations. The flow of process was start from bar cutting to finished drawing having different allowances required for different operations.
