Scope of the project involves Design & Construction of 6-lane National Highway between Bangalore and Mysore Cities (NH275) in the State of Karnataka to be executed on Hybrid Annuity Mode.
Responsibilities:
• Study of Structural and Engineering drawings, Bill of Quantities, Standard & General Specifications.
• Preparation of daily progress reports.
• Weekly updating Layer chart and Strip charts.
• Preparation of physical progress for every month and circulating with other departments.
• Reconciliation of major activities like Earthworks, Paving and steel.
• Preparation of Physical & Financial progress monthly.

• Preparation of weekly program and site visits for physical status.
• Coordination with site Engineers, quantity surveyors in the Project for preparing the above reports.
• Attending consultant meeting when required and coordinating with the site in charge and supervisor to complete the assigned task within time limit.

Responsibilities:
• Project Management Consultant Engineer from Alcon Consulting Engineers Pvt Limited for an BBMP Project executed by PWD Department Karnataka
• Material Testing during on site Construction
• Presenting Reports for the executed quantity and Billing Quantity Quality Controlling for the ongoing construction.
