Co-ordinate for the development of Human Resources policies for the organization with regard to employee relations.

Partner with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedure, programs and laws.

Recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.

Participate in the conduct of investigation when employee complaints or concerns size.

Advise managers and supervisors about the steps in the progressive discipline system of the company counsel managers on employment issues.

Co-ordinate the implementation of company safety and health programs Trac and post
Osha required data and file reports.

|
Comply with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements and maintain minimal company exposure to lawsuits.

Protect the interest of employees and the organization in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws regulations.

|
In liaison with the Govt. agencies, manage the maintenance of the HR information system.

Maintain employee related databases.

Prepare and analyses reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of HR.

Fully utilize existing Human resources software to employees and system advantage..

Manage daily administrative operations of the office and assist all units in resolving problem related to the day-to-day operations.

Supervise the work of in-house cleaner to ensure that the office is kept clean and pleasant at all times.

|
Organize, assign and supervise the work of administrative support staff.

|
Oversee the management of office supplies and stationary and ensure replacement.

|
Ensure that administrative office procedures and established standards are adhered to and maintained in all aspect of work.

|
Overall supervision on Security systems.
|

|
Maintain comprehensive information on all vehicles including necessary documentation
|

|
Ensure that all vehicles are supplied with all statutory items.
|

|
Arrange for any maintenance work that needs to be carried out in the office.

Ensure comprehensive general risk insurance for the office is taken and claims are handling as appropriate by the agencies
|

|
Ensure efficient service provision for in house meetings by the administrative support staff.
