Responsibility :
** Responsible for Fabrication, Erection & Testing Equipments (Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger, Columns etc.) Piping & Structure and its surface finish & coating.
** Client meeting, Kick of Meeting, Pre-Production meeting, scope of work. Fixing the man power/contractor. Planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling all shop floor activities.
** Utilization of all the available resources such as manpower, machineries, materials & place. Meet the customer requirements for deliveries & Quality product.
