** Maintained all shipping machines, address databases and regularly kept information and programs updated.

** Monitoring the data processed by team members for Import & Export shipment.
** Inspection of vehicles & equipment on monthly basis.
** Checking driver’s daily logs & fuel consumption with miles.
** Updated current knowledge of customs and import/export shipping regulations; effectively cascaded changes to appropriate departments.
** Manage a team of approx. 51 Customer Service Representatives and ensure that all key metrics of performance as per the Client SLA are met and exceeded.

** Making audit reports on daily basis & send it to the client by EOD.
