TECHNICAL EXPERTISE IN CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER :
I) Tecnimont ICB -Working in Tecnimont ICB since November, 2007
Site and Abroad Experience :
Worked at GASCO HABSHAN-5, Abu Dhabi site as a Field Engineer from September, 11 to 20th july, 12.
Responsibilities : Test package checking, site modifications isometrics, checking the critical lines erections and their supports, Final check of drawing before erection, assisting in pre-commissioning activities.
Working on deputation at Abu Dhabi as a “Field Engineer” since September, 2011 for expediting the progress of site mechanical completion.
2) Worked on Abu Dhabi Gas Company (GASCO) Project as an Area lead of Tri Ethylene Glycol (TEG) unit & Acid Gas removal Unit since December 2009 to September, 2011. In this unit the feed gas is sweetened by removing acid gas. This involves mainly two units. Absorption of acid gas and Regeneration of solvent.
Responsibilities :
Piping engineering execution portions of project against the P&ID’S, Isometric, and Data Sheets etc. to ensure is in compliance with project.
** Working as an area coordinator for acid gas recovery unit.
** Development of Plot Plan, Equipment layout.
** Preparation of piping drawings including Piping Layouts, Isometric Sketches and General Arrangement Drawings (GA’s) Plans/Sections/Details.
** Development of Civil input drawings like Rack Input, Platform & Ladder requirement, Civil support requirements etc.
** Managing nozzle orientation, platform & ladder orientations for various equipment including providing cleat locations to equipment vendors required for pipe supports and also involved at the plot plan development studies for finalizing equipment locations.
** .Reviewing & commenting of Inter-disciplinary Drawings and Vendor Drawings of all other engineering disciplines.
** Isometric checking and issuing.
3.) Worked in 6 proposals in 8 month

- MTO Coordination for proposals to ensure correct Material take-off.

ll) Worked with “Reliance Engineering Associates Ltd”. As a Piping Design Engineer the world’s largest grass root refinery project “Jamnagar Export Refinery Project (JERP)”from Sept-2005 to October 2007.
** Worked for “Jamnagar Export Refinery Project” in Crude Unit as team member.
Responsibilities :
** Piping Modeling with PDS software and Iso -extraction
** Development of Plot Plan, Nozzle Orientation of Vessel and Tower.
