Responsibilities :
** Schedule planned preventive Maintenance of equipment and ensures Adherence.
** Planning, Maintenance, tracking and reporting of Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).
** Manage vendors and measure their performance with respect to their service, response and resoluti on time.
** Manage inventory and documentaion; prepare SOPs, Incident reports, Root cause analysis reports.
** Audit the infrastructure set up and ensures that the facility equipment are operating at the maximum efficiency to achieve the designed Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE).
** Primary level trouble shooting of all Electro-Mechanical equipment’s which includes of HT & LT Distribution panels, DG sets, Transformers, PDUs, UPS, Invertors, AIR cooled Chillers, CRACs, A HUs, PAHUs, FCUs, INROWs, TFAs & CSU units.
** Handling the Integrated Building Management system (IBMS), Data centre Infrastructure Manage ment (DCIM), Access control system and Automated Fire Suppression system.
** Operation & Maintenance of 4×3750KVA outdoor Transformers, 5×1500KVA DG sets, 2×30KVA 2×160KVA, 15×550KVA UPS with Parallel & Hot Synch Integration, 2×18TR, 4×255TR Air coo led Chillers with Chillier plant Management (CPM) logic.
