Projects :
ME : Investigation of effect of surface failures on inner and outer race of bearing on vibration spectrum.
Objective :-To study diagnosis of surface failures on inner and outer race of bearing on a rotor bearing system with flexible flange coupling using vibration technique Fast Fourier Transform (FFT).
An experimental set-up is created to study bearing failure which includes one ideal bearing and another faulty bearing.
Many faulty bearing are created by recreating surface distractive failures on inner and outer race by wire cut EDM method.
Typical surface destructive failures are studied for present study.
BE : Design and Fabrication of Shrimp Rover type of Robot.
Designed the Robot by Kinematic analysis and simulated the motion on ‘Algoodo’ simulation software.
The Robot was constructed using aluminum and was maneuvered successfully on uneven terrains and even climbed stairs.
An award winning unique all terrain rover designed for expeditions that can travel through uneven terrain and set of steps collecting information and surveying land.
Mini project : Analysis of a closed cylinder under pressure using Ansys.
