** Experience on providing reporting services for Incident Management,
** Service Request Management and Problem Management.
** Revenue Reports
** Attending the client calls for new requirement.
** Preparing daily wise week wise, and month wise reports.
** Day wise reports for Voice Process :-( Daily Dashboard, Service Level, AHT, Abounded, Shrinkage, Associate Performance, Late Login Report, Productivi
ty, Occupancy, Login Hours reports…etc.), Service Desk Process: - (C SAT, AHT, ASA, Resolution%, Response%, Service Level, etc.).
** Coordinating with various team for all related requirement reports.
** Creating new templates for week wise Monthly wise.
** Daily Synch up with Clients and understand their requirements.
** Preparing MOM, WOW and Action Items...etc.
** Preparing PPT for KPI’s target
** Preparing dashboards with graph’s (day wise, week wise, monthly wise)
** Preparing PPT for weekly deck to client review.
