Ensuring the received material is as per the purchase order / MRV.
Updating of store issue vouchers ( SIV ) on daily basis.
Inspection for the materials received from other projects.
Preparation of MR & MRV
To maintain and report material inventor to Project Manager.
Check and monitor the materials stored in the store (Shelf life & stock level)
Responsible to
check and maintain traceability of all materials & equipment at store
To issue materials as per the instructions of Managers / Engineers / Supervisor.
To allocate designated area for the hazardous materials at store.
Verifying the received material against the LPO / specification.
Updating the stock card on receipt of the material.
Stacking the material at the designated area.
Ensuring the fire extinguisher is installed.
Verifying the storage condition of the material on receipt and monitoring the same.
Ensuring the housekeeping of the store.
Responsible for the security of the materials.
