JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
** Payroll Management, Statutory Compliance, HRIS, CLRA, Recruitment & Selection.
** Processes the company's payroll for every pay period
** Making Salary ( salary sheet & slips), deduction of the employees in the excel sheet.
** Prepare all register regarding all labour laws such as accident register, advance register, fine register)
** Prepare absenteeism report of employee.
** Handle contract labour and their grievances.
** Handling payroll for the contract labour.
** Mainting statutory compliance as PF, ESIC, LWF, PT etc.
** Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
** Computes employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits, and taxes
** Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations.
** Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records
** Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review.
** Tracking leave for all the employees.
** Prepare MIS Employee (Attendance, leave & OT Records) In Excel Sheet.
** Grievance handling of company worker and staff.
** Maintaining leave register.
** Induction and Orientation.
** Contractor management and record monitoring as per the all statutory Compliance.
** Opening of bank accounts of new joinee.
** Completing their joining formality.

** Making full and final settlement of the employees.
** Maintaining various records like appraisal record, Training/ Attendance/leave records, and Suggestion schemes.

** Filling online monthly PF challans and making payment before 15th of the following month.
** Submitting ESI Contribution and generating challans.
** Monthly computing PF & ESI Details these details have to be computed and paid to Govt. Bodies.
** Taking care of whole ESIC and PF Statutory Compliance.
** Submition of Labour return.
** Recruitment :-All Joining formalities, Appointment Letters. -To arrange Interview, maintaining of Data bank etc.
** Preparing job description according to requirement of Company.
** Sourcing the accurate profile through headhunting, mapping, and referencing etc.
