TITLE Robust Low Power Auxiliary Circuit for Single Event Upset Environment TOOL Cadence-Virtuoso
DESCRIPTION Designed an auxiliary circuit used with combinational circuit, latch(flip flop) and conventional SRAM in presence of soft error in order to mask SEUs.
The idea is to use this auxiliary circuit with the digital circuitry of the system which has maximum probability of soft error (also called critical digital circuit) to achieve high efficiency of the digital system.

DESCRIPTION Designed an Automated Car Parking System commanded by an Android Applica- tion and by three modules i.e. Interfacing LCD with AT-Mega32 Microcontroller, Interfacing GSM Sim900 with AT-Mega32 Microcontroller and Interfacing RF Module with AT-Mega32 Microcontroller.
