** MEGHDOOT PACKAGING (UTTARANCHAL) is located in New Delhi, Delhi, India and is part of the Converted Paper Product Manufacturing Industry. MEGHDOOT PACKAGING (UTTARANCHAL) has 600 total employees across all of its locations.
** There are 2 companies in which first unit in Delhi and second unit in Rudrapur (Uttarakhand) in the MEGHDOOT PACKAGING (UTTARANCHAL) corporate family.

Current Responsibilities  :-
** Overall Store activities of inventory, purchase requisition note, purchase orders, receipt, materials received register (MRR),storage,
** Preparation of MRN/MIN/GRN (Material receipt note ,Material issue note , Goods receipt note) through material management software ERP.
** Preparation for E-Way Bill/Challan ,RGP/NRGP for required items by for job work purpose.
** Responsible for ordering planning of material & verification informing to QC department of Material Inward & Outward.
** Proper Identification of all material in store, month wise colour coding, Labeling ,stacking, tagging on shelves.
** Issue the items on daily basis to concern department Raw Materials, Consumable, electrical, mechanical , Repair & Maintenance.
** Handling the reject materials and send them back to supplier with debit note.
** Prepare document for scrap sale well on time for vendors.,informing to the Day today RM status /shortage meeting with PPC team.
** Executing all the day-to-day stores function as per the sop (standard operating procedure)
** Maintain all store reports in Manual/ERP software.
** Conduct a stock checking/inventory periodically  : - Physical verification ,Perpetual inventory/daily, weekly, monthly, biweekly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually, or in any time interval in regular and/or irregular basis. Category ABC analysis.
** Maintaining method of raw material issued to production in FIFO (fist in first out) basis. Implement FIFO & 6S Rule in stores.
** Keep all the stores clean and properly organized in such a way that avoids any damage on and enables easily to trace or access of any material at any corner of the store.

Prepare monthly store reconciliation statement.
** Verify the pending PR (purchase requisition) list and follow up with purchase department. Prepare department wise monthly purchase summery.
