Professional Achievements:
** Achieved 112% of yearly Budget Target for year 2010. One of the “TOP 10 performers” of Al Hassan Group for year 2010.
** Successfully negotiated & received an Order worth US$ 4 Million for “Development of Muscat International Airport” with tough competition from MNCs like Siemens, Schneider, Areva Etc.
** Successfully managed & got Single Source Approval for SECURE Meters from Electricity Utilities in Oman (MEDC, MJEC)
** Streamlined one product (Cable accessories, Joints & Terminations) and applied for approval with Approving committee (DCRP). Samples installed at site for 3 months trial & product is under final stage of approval.
** Added two New Principals (DEHN, Germany & Elcon, Italy) to company’s product basket.
Dec-2004 to Aug-2009 : BAHWAN ENGINEERING CO. LLC, OMAN

DEC 2000 to DEC 2004 : CROMPTON GREAVES LIMITED, INDIA
Position : Marketing Executive - International
Crompton Greaves ltd is one of the leading public limited company involved in the manufacturing & exports of Transformer, Switchgear, Motors, Fans, Lighting products etc having factories in various locations throughout the India.
Following is the list of Products which I handle:
** Outdoor SF6 Gas Circuit Breaker ( from 33kV to 420 kV ) manufactured in technical Collaboration with Mitsubishi - Japan
** Outdoor Instrument Transformers (from 33kV to 420 kV ) manufactured in technical Collaboration with Haefely - Switzerland
** Lightning Arresters (from 9 kV to 420 kV) Manufactured in technical collaboration with Hitachi Japan.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Export Business of Switchgear products in Middle East, Europe & Far east Asia Market covering following areas,
** Product Promotion in above enumerated markets, through various representatives in the above countries. Arranging seminars, getting products approvals with various Electricity Authorities.
** Tendering business with Various Utilities Industries and small IPP by participating in direct tenders.
** Achieving targeted order Input from Electricity Authorities, Industries and small IPP.
** Order Execution to customer satisfaction and Releasing work order to Design, Planning, quality Assurance and Materials departments. Submission of drawings and getting approval of drawings from customer.
** Liasioning with all functional dept. to meet the delivery and invoicing targets.
** Arranging customer / third party inspection, acceptance of products.
** Resolving Customer Complaints.
Professional Achievements:
** Conducted seminars for Engineers from Electricity Board & meetings with senior authorities including Director of Board in Electricity Authorities in SYRIA & IRAN.
** Negotiated & won two major contracts from PEDEE & PEEGT Syria in April, 2004.
** Exceeded the yearly Budget target for 2 consecutive years.
** Addition of five new utilities [ENEL-Italy, KEPCO-Korea, ENDESA-SPAIN, SPPMB-Vietnam & PEEGT-SYRIA] to company’s customer base including prequalification formalities.
** Launched one new product (330kV CT/CVT) in the International market. First installation in May, 2005 in KEPCO KOREA.

One of the leading public limited company involved in manufacturing of LV switchgear equipments & supply to major electricity utilities in India.

** Development of new Products along with developments in Existing product as per market requirement. & to meet National as well as International standards
** Managing the Routine Testing, Type Testing & Development of Testing Kits as per Indian (IS) & International (IEC) standards.
** ISO 9000 quality System Documentation & Implementation.
** Interacting with client to obtain their technical feedback & ensure complete Customer satisfaction with Marketing Team

** Developed MCB with short circuit breaking capacity of 20 kA.
** Developed ELCB with short circuit withstand capacity of 20 kA.
** Developed third position (Center -Tripped) in addition to ON & OFF position in MCB & ELCB.
